How do I pay?

We currently accept secure payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase via this site as PayPal allow you to pay with any valid debit or credit card. You can also pay via bank transfer as well as through Sage Pay using most credit, debit cards.

How much is Postage + Packaging?

For shipping within the UK: Postage and packaging is charged at a flat-rate of £4.50. You will not be charged any extra for multiple purchases. We welcome orders from outside the UK, however shipping costs to other countries will me cost more.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

All orders take 14-21 days to complete and post. They are posted using Royal Mail’s First Class Recorded postal service and once posted should be with you within 1-3 working days. International take a little longer due to customs etc. Please check your “Junk Email” folder for your order processing and order completed emails. Processing is when I have received your order and completed means being posted to you.

I still haven’t recieved my order?

If you haven’t recieved your order 21 days after purchasing then please get in touch and we can resolve the matter – 99% of the time you will find them at your local sorting office.

Can I return the shoes if I don’t like them?

All orders are specially made to your bespoke requirements and to the style which you personally choose, so unfortunately exchanges and refunds cannot be made. Therefore please double check your order before confirming your purchase – if you are unsure about any of the customization options available, or if you have special requirements, please contact us before making a purchase.

I chose the wrong shoe size! Can I swap them?

Please make sure you know your correct shoe size and order it correctly. As each set of shoes is made bespoke and to your chosen size it is down to you to confirm your correct size upon purchase, as exchanges cannot be made (please see the question above).

Can I recieve a refund or exchange if there is a problem with the order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us and we will happily work to try and fix the issue.

Can I send back my shoes for repair?

If you unfortunately happen to lose any crystals or they become loose we will happily repair your shoes free of charge. We offer a 6 week repair guarantee on all purchased shoes.

Where can I buy spare crystals?

We always attatch spare crystals inside your box to be safe.

How do I care for my shoes?

All our shoes are customised using strong industrial strength glue. Please do not put your items near excessive heat as this may damage them. Avoid putting them through your washing machine, the glue is water resistant, however your washing machine may damage the customisation. Please do take good care of your shoes and they will go on to last you a very long time.
All the shoes on this website contain small parts, please beware of these!!! Especially round babies and Toddlers. Do not let them put the shoes in there mouths.
